Sideways Rain Can't Stop Love | Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Mears Michigan | Adventure Engagement Session
Silver Lake Sand Dunes
Mears, Michigan Engagement
I planned back to back adventure engagement sessions (with one buffer day) while out camping about 6 minutes away from Silver Lake Sand Dunes at Dunes Harbor Family Campground and it was one of the nicest campgrounds I have ever been too. Everything was brand new and VERY clean. I was also parked along side the river. Have you ever considered upgrading to an Adventure Engagement Session?

The day of Nusha + Ian’s Adventure Engagement Session called for rain + clouds allllllll day, with about 30 minutes of NO clouds over us toward the end and let me tell ya…besides my camera freaking me out in the beginning, it was a challenge and it made for an interesting, yet fun session. No joke, I was interacting with Nusha + Ian, giving prompts and poses, holding an umbrella up, WHILE ALSO taking all their photos!! …but I don’t think we did too bad ;)
What I love the most about them in all my worry about sideways rain is their ability to let go and just enjoy spending time together. The rain didn’t bother them one bit!! In fact, I think they really enjoyed kissing in the rain. Once I felt better about my camera, I found a way to enjoy them, enjoying each other. Thats really what I want the most for you and your session…to just have fun and be yourselves! I love that the most!!
